We have been using Building Stars Cleaning Services for the last year and a half and are extremely satisfied with the results. Our service technician, Javier Carbonell, does a wonderful job and I never have to worry that he has missed an area or forgot to take out the trash. If I need something extra done, I just leave him a note and he takes care of it. On occasion, an agent or staff person is in on the weekend and after meeting Javier, they cannot find enough words of praise. Juan is so pleasant to work with, he never hesitates if I ask him to add a last minute task to our regular cleaning, he has a keen attention to details and suggesting additional services based on our needs. Bryant is professional, reliable, and open with communication and problem solving. We have had very little issues and when we do, we talk to him and easily work it out.Our account manager, Josh, is on top of it! He does regular quality checks and is an important part of the team to ensure that our building is taken care of.
