We have been using Buildingstars for a while now, great experience, especially in dealing with Juan. Juan is so pleasant to work with, he never hesitates if I ask him to add a last minute task to our regular cleaning, he has a keen attention to details and suggesting additional services based on our needs. We have used Building Stars at our office for a few years now. Our cleaner, Bryant Jones and his wife, along with our Account Manager, Josh Ascoli, are wonderful to work with! Bryant is professional, reliable, and open with communication and problem solving. We have had very little issues and when we do, we talk to him and easily work it out.Our account manager, Josh, is on top of it! He does regular quality checks and is an important part of the team to ensure that our building is taken care of.
