We have used Building Stars at our office for a few years now. Our cleaner, Bryant Jones and his wife, along with our Account Manager, Josh Ascoli, are wonderful to work with! Bryant is professional, reliable, and open with communication and problem solving. We have had very little issues and when we do, we talk to him and easily work it out.Our account manager, Josh, is on top of it! He does regular quality checks and is an important part of the team to ensure that our building is taken care of.
Highly recommend utilizing this vendor for janitorial services. I have been extremely satisfied with Erika and the on site team. Excellent communication, attention to detail and quality performance. Both the day porters and night crew have had minimal turnover and contracting for service was a very easy process.
