I’ve been looking for a solid and reliable cleaning company for years now. After many failed attempts I was luckily referred to buildingstars. I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and cleaning services.
We recently hired this company to clean our business office and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was exceptional especially from regional director, Travis. He is responsive, friendly, and works hard to accommodate all my requests for the office.We are lucky to have Israel as our main office cleaner. We are so impressed with his attentive to detail and work. Gabby is also the best! She stops by the office and texts us to make sure everything is going well which is so appreciated especially when you want your office clean for children.Highly recommend.

If I can give zero stars, I most certainly would. Please do yourself a favor and read the negative reviews. They are right on point. It is sad that this company cannot provide someone that can thoroughly clean properly. I have been managing a medical office for several years. We have been using Building Stars cleaning company since 2021. I have gave them numerous opportunities to get it right & sadly it just didn't work out. They kept switching our cleaning staff and like another review had mentioned, all that person would really do is throw out the trash. When they did wipe down, they left streaks all over. They barely swept our front office area and I was lucky if they vacuumed. Why can't this company find decent people that know how to do the basic cleaning job? My staff can clean better but that is not what we hired them for. I wish this company did a better job of hiring their staff. I can go on and on but I feel this is enough. I would not recommend their services to anyone, ever.

This company had the hardest time providing the basic Quality services . They indicated they would bring their own supplies. They informed me they would bring cleaning supplies and house them in one of our closets however that never happened. We never seen a single cleaning supply nor any indication of one being used. There was constant mirror streaking and lack of cleanliness in toilets and floors. The carpet was poorly vacuum and trash not always removed. I would recommend going another route
